Therese has a special interest and extensive experience in a diverse workload which includes residential and commercial property transactions including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, sales associated with a divorce or separation, sales under Controllership Orders and Powers of Attorney, Land Transfers, Equity releases, Developments, Auction sales, Repossessions and advising on all issues regarding Management Companies and apartment complexes for private clients, Developers, Investors and Landlords. Therese has acquired extensive expertise in handling complex, high value commercial matters acting for businesses, entrepreneurs, companies, organisations, and charities.

Additionally, Therese undertakes a wide range of Private client work including drafting Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration in the Administration of Estates, applications to the Office of Care and Protection and various Trusts including Discretionary, Bare, Property Trusts and Will Trusts.

Therese also has extensive knowledge and experience in debt recovery, employment, and matrimonial to include high value and complex divorces and matrimonial and family cases including Children’s matters, Ancillary Relief, Financial settlements, and Separation agreements.
